In January, 2004, Mr. Klawetter and another associate acquired Duplication Systems, Inc. which was later renamed Media Management Technology, Inc. Mr. Klawetter served as President of this digital tape duplication/imaging business until December 2005.

Mr. Klawetter has more than 30 years experience as a Chairman, President, CEO or COO and has served in senior capacities with five public companies, three of which he took public. He has been in the venture management business with K Capital Corporation and the capital formation business with Mentor Capital Consultants Inc., Boulder, CO. Gene has a rare combination of big company background (Xerox, Philips N.V.) and a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial environment (American Digital Communications, Pinetree Computer Systems, Inc. AVE, Inc., Millicom Radio/Telephone Co.). All of Gene’s public market experience has been with small companies where he gained significant experience in the corporate finance area as well as interfacing with third party investment bankers. Gene attended Pace University, New York (BS, Marketing) and completed a Xerox sponsored graduate level cast study program at Exeter Academy, New Hampshire, taught by Harvard “B” School staff.

Gene can easily be characterized as a serial entrepreneur who not only enjoys building early stage companies, but managing their growth, as well. Gene’s mantra: “Integrity above all!”

Bob is a Wyoming native and has resided in the state for 58 years. He has worked in the construction industry most of his life which has been a great asset helping CWI’s customers in evaluating how they want to use Centennial’s wood and/or rustic wood products, in general. Bob helped co-found Centennial Woods in 1999 and has worked in all aspects of the business. Bob is responsible for Crew management that insures harvesting of wood and rebuilding of harvested snow fences as well as all logistical support associated with filling and shipping customer orders. He and his wife Sandi have been married for 34 years and reared four daughters, all of whom now reside in Wyoming as well.
