GENERAL OVERVIEW/PHILOSPHY:

Centennial Woods Inc. began exporting to Japan in 2000 and continues to successfully penetrate that particular market.  CWI is targeting other off-shore markets for penetration in 2007.  CWI launched its Stocking Distributor program in May, 2006 and is quite pleased with the progress to date.  As a result, the Company wants to further expand its indirect channel of distribution by introducing an Agent program as of 1-1-07.  Centennial Woods, in the future, will derive more than 50% of its business for its indirect channel of representation.  CWI is committed to delivering complete ongoing support to its resellers.
